Sweetness, with a kick - Aztec Chilli hot chocolate

Description
The Aztecs were the first to serve chocolate as a drink, but they also mixed it with hot chilli to make it really special. This is gourmet hot chocolate the way it should be: sweet, full-bodied, deeply satisfying, and spicy!
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 c milk
- 1⁄2 sli vanilla bean
- 50 g trade aid chocolate
- 1 trade aid red chilli pepper
- 1 trade aid cinnamon stick
- 1 T trade aid cane sugar
Instructions
Simmer milk in a saucepan with vanilla bean, cinnamon and chili. Heat through for about a minute. Whisk in grated chocolate, and continue to simmer until melted. Remove from heat and let 'steep' for another 10 minutes. Strain out the spices and serve. Enjoy the sweet taste and knowledge that your hot chocolate provides sweet justice to sugar and cocoa farmers!
Notes
If you like it really spicy add some more chilli!!
