Raw & Vegan Chocolate Mousse

An interesting combination!
Recipe provided by Trade Aid volunteer Wytske Van der Werf
- 6 trade aid medjool dates soaked for 2 - 4 hours in 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 avocadoes
- 1⁄4 c trade aid baking cocoa
- 2 T carob powder
- 1⁄4 c water
Place the maple syrup soaked dates and all other ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy...and that's that! Yum - enjoy!
