Description
Sweet, zingy, crsispy, chewy and soft all in one delightful little ball!
Ingredients
- 2 pk trade aid medjoul dates
- 1 c trade aid cane sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 t vanilla essence
- 4 c rice bubbles
- 125 g crystalized ginger
- 1⁄2 c trade aid drinking chocolate
Instructions
Chop dates and ginger into small pieces.
Cook sugar, butter dates and essence until soft, then add rice bubbles and sliced ginger.
Make into balls and roll in drinking chocolate.
