Fair Trade Chocolate Mousse

Really rich Chocolate Mousse everybody has enjoyed so far!!! Fast to prepare and unfortunately fast eaten, too :-)
- 160 g trade aid dark chocolate
- 3 t trade aid cane sugar
- 1 t trade aid instant coffee
- 5 free range eggs
-First melt the chocolate together with 2tsp of sugar and instant coffee.
-Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and beat the egg white with the remaining sugar until stiff.
-Mix the yolk with the melted chocolate to a smooth paste and add stiff egg white to it.
-(if you like nuts now is the time to mix them in)
-Leave in fridge for at least one hour.
-Enjoy with fresh fruits or just pure it will cause a mouth party.
