Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 1 t golden syrup
- 3⁄4 c trade aid cane sugar
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 T trade aid baking cocoa
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 c milk
Instructions
Melt butter and golden syrup. Put in a bowl the sugar, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add the melted ingredients to the dry.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1 cup of hot milk and add to mixture. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
Notes
Make a bit of icing to - of course using Trade Aid cocoa - a dab of melted butter, cocoa and icing sugar!
